About your therapist…

Misty Lilly, a Champaign native, is a licensed Nationally Certified Massage Therapist driven by her passion to heal. She was trained at the highly acclaimed Parkland College Massage Therapy, and graduated in 2010 with over 750 hours of training. Her techniques include a mix of Swedish Massage, Chair Massage, Hand & foot Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone Fusion & offers to blend techniques to individualize each session.

Every session is individualized to the needs of the client. Treatments are designed for the current client's session. It may vary from session to session, as they need. She can customize treatments for conditions relating to stress and tension, postural distortions, hip maladies, neck pain, muscular tightness and limited range of motion, physical and emotional exhaustion, and many other of life's everyday problems. Expect professional and individual attention, a caring and therapeutic touch, and an unhurried session, all in a comfortable environment.

Her nurturing and compassionate touch is deep enough to effectively alleviate sore muscles and gentle enough to bring about complete relaxation. Her intention for every session is to create a space that allows the mind and body to return to its natural state of harmony and balance. She knows bodywork restores impaired energy by nourishing the body and mind on a cellular, emotional and spiritual level. She is a strong believer in treating others as she would expect to be treated herself; helping each and every client be the best that they can be with dignity, respect and compassion.
